Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Okay, here is the Terms and Conditions agreement adapted for The Varsity Club, using the structure and general clauses from the Topgolf example, but replacing specific names, domains, and removing sections that likely don’t apply (like online credit purchasing, specific text message programs, and forward-looking statements for a public company).

Please Note: This is a template based on the provided text. It is crucial that The Varsity Club has this reviewed and modified by its own legal counsel to ensure it accurately reflects their specific operations, services, location, and complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Placeholders like [Your Company's Registered Agent Address] and governing law need to be filled in correctly.
